Nice selection of plants although pricier than other places. Good luck getting on their schedule. Made an appointment SEVERAL weeks in advance and was told they “forgot” when the day arrived and couldn’t get me in. Decided to go not use them. . Too bad for them because my project was several phases and would have been excellent income for them. I refuse to use someone who wastes my time and cannot keep an appointment (no calls, no excuses, “it was on his calendar”). If they cannot be considerate enough to show up for something reserved WEEKS ago I have very little faith they will show up and get the work done in a timely fashion either. Another case of a small business so successful that they don’t care at all about potential new clients. PS — if you don’t have time for new clients, tell your customers that instead of wasting our time!

I swear I'm at Spokane boys monthly no matter what the season is and they are marvelous! The prices are very competitive and they have a great selection and everyone there knows their stuff! Their signage is also great so you know exactly where to park your trailer!

I would have given them a five star rating but they didn't offer much advice when I asked to do with the long roots growing from the root ball from a tree that had been growing there for 2 years. And they also have a credit card surcharge. Moral of the story is: I got the tree in the ground no problem even though they made fun of the truck I was using to haul it. And the credit card surcharge will screw them at least somewhat financially in the long run. Moral of the story is: Don't charge a credit card surcharge. It's part of doing business. Don't assume that your customers can't plant their own trees. This root ball is significantly smaller than other ones that I've planted by myself. I was able to easily walk it off the tailgate of my truck and straight into the hole. 🙄

Great people, maybe a bit pricey but worth every penny!

Was here a week ago to pick up some sod and found that their selection and prices were great. Came back today to pick up some flowers for the common area and we were very pleased with what we got. Lindsay L was super helpful and made sure that we were happy with our selection. We also picked up a couple of jars of candied jalapeños and sweet fire bread and butter pickles. Can’t wait to come back to pick up our water feature.
